The IBC agitators CR-E are designed for plastic IBCs with filling openings from a nominal width of 150 mm and volumes of 1,000 l. The agitator shafts are mounted on the output shafts of the drives with sleeve couplings.
The IBC agitator CR-E is mounted on a traverse with forklift mount and carrying handles, which is included in the scope of delivery and is clamped to the lattice frame of the container with quick-release clamps. This means that no static or dynamic forces from the agitator act on the plastic bladder of the container. The truss attachment can be adjusted for different makes of container.
This CR E is supplied with a CEE plug (400V/16A) with on/off switch including motor protection, with undervoltage release and connection cable (5m), traverse with forklift mount and carrying handles. Agitators are a 350 mm diameter folding propeller and a 140 mm diameter straight blade mixer.
